Bit. Bite. Bitter.

BY Mc Wright IN , No comments

We’ve been in different kinds of separations and in every instance our reaction differs. One might accept it as easy as thinking that it’s part of universal design. One might question all and find the reasons behind it... as if everybody is accountable.  One might say that s/he accepts it easily as if nothing happens but in truth… s/he lives in fake-reality of MOVING ON, which would result to longer pain... as   in heartaches for days, weeks, even months or years.

Have you been in situation where you’re saying that you’ve moved on but in reality you aren’t? It’s hard right? In truth, it’s difficult to move on without forgiving someone and in many cases forgiving ourselves.

What are the indications that you are BITTERLY living your days?
  1. You always visit his/her social media accounts (even if you have already deleted him/her as an FB Friend) to read his/her posts, look for new pictures or videos  then you post something similar to what he/she has posted. This might be an answer or realization etc.
  2. Whenever you listen to songs which both of you are familiar with, you feel so down as if he/she is the only person who can complete you.
  3. You deny that you’re single and have different guys/gals every month as if true happiness lies in them.
  4. You feel down as you go, eat, and hang out in places that you used to visit. The reason: It pains you as memories come back.
  5.  You feel great if he/she feels not that good. But you feel sad whenever he’s in awesome moments with someone.
  6. Without reasons you find yourself inclined with sad love songs and mellow music with sad lyrics.
  7. You always post moments with guys/gals and pretend that you’re living life beautifully just to show to him/her that you've moved on but in reality you aren't.
  8. You shout to the world that you’re happier now. That there’s no wrong in being single and it is the best way to live life to the fullest (kuno!).
  9. That all of a sudden you just realized that there were a number of good things in life that you weren't able to see when you were with him/her, but still you do the same thing. You are offhand with those significant things even without him/her.
  10. You’re telling your friend not to mention him/her but you are the one who keeps mentioning his/her name (how absurd!)

I guess the very first thing to do as part of moving on is forgiving yourself and your EX. Forgiving might not be that easy and it takes time. I understand. The right time will come, don’t rush. If that happens it would be easier for you to positively move forward (not bitterly living life).

Live, forgive and be happy!
